# How to Play

Welcome to **Gacha Peng** — where every penguin is a surprise and every summon brings rewards. Here's how to get started:

## Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

To begin, connect your **Ethereum-compatible wallet** (like MetaMask or WalletConnect) to the official Gacha Peng app.

## Step 2: Use ETH to Buy Penguins

Now the fun begins — it's time to summon Penguins!

* You’ll use $**ETH** to purchase Penguins.
* The level of each Penguin (from 1 to 5) is **random**. But the more ETH you assign, the greater your potential earnings. Check [peng-levels-and-rewards](https://gacha-peng-docs.gitbook.io/gacha-peng-docs/peng-levels-and-rewards "mention") to learn more about drop rate and rewards.
* You can:
  * 🧮 **Adjust the number of Penguins** to summon in one go.
  * 💎 **Set the ETH value for each Penguin** (minimum: 0.01 ETH per Penguin).
  * 🎯 **Higher value = more $PENG token rewards** if you're lucky.

Each transaction includes a **1% platform fee**.

## Step 3: Enjoy Penguin Earnings

Once your Penguins are summoned, they’ll begin generating $PENG tokens for you passively.\
Earnings depend on:

* The **level** of your Penguin (randomized when summoned)
* The **value (in ETH)** you assigned when summoning

## Step 4: Claim Your Rewards

After the holding period for each Penguin is over:

* Head to your dashboard
* Hit **“Claim”** to receive your **$PENG token rewards**

## Step 5: Sell on a DEX or Hold for the MOON 🚀

Now it's your call:

* **Sell your $PENG tokens** on any supported DEX
* Or **hold them** for upcoming features, land auctions, or... **the moon**
