1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use Gacha Peng. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Nature of the Game
Gacha Peng is a decentralized GameFi application that includes random chance mechanics, token generation, and player-owned asset interactions. It is not an investment product, and rewards are not guaranteed.

3. Wallet & Security
You are solely responsible for:
Managing your wallet and private keys
Approving transactions
Securing your digital assets
Gacha Peng does not hold custody of your assets and cannot recover lost funds.
4. Platform Fees
Each Penguin summon includes a 1% ETH platform fee, which is non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for activities like Land auctions, events, or upgrades.
5. Token Usage & Risk
$PENG is a utility token within the Gacha Peng ecosystem. You acknowledge and accept that:
Token prices are volatile
$PENG may be used, burned, or staked as part of gameplay
There is no guarantee of future value or liquidity
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use bots, exploits, or unauthorized automation
Attack the smart contracts or the platform
Violate applicable laws or the rights of others
Gacha Peng reserves the right to restrict access or remove rewards if malicious behavior is detected.
7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Uptime or error-free operation
Smart contract immunity to bugs or vulnerabilities
Future availability of features or services
